I didnt have the issue with the customer.

When I have an issue or see an issue with any customer, I ascribe it to
them being unreasonable assholes. Had a white man walk out of the store
cussing and hollering that he couldnt get a cashier to check him out,
problem was he walked up to a checkout stand that:

Was not manned

Its light was not lit

and the checkout stand that was lit and manned was 10 feet to his left, if
he had bothered to look.

Yes it did, but we cannot progress if the minorities hold onto their own
pre-conceptions. In this scenario, this woman thinks that when something
doesnt go her way, it must be racism, and this is what I am talking about.

I have seen many examples of this, like when denying refunds for
merchandise that no receipt was presented and the date and location of
purchase didnt match inventory records.

Is it racist to deny a refund for a DVD drive that the store hasnt carried
in inventory for 53 weeks and the claimed date of purchase is 2 weeks
prior?
