SD{at}> Hello, Daryl.
Hi, Sean...
SD{at}> I've got a 1TB external drive, thanks to you, that I'm going to be
SD{at}> putting on my network using a USB-to-network adapter. That way, all of
SD{at}> my machines can easily back up to that drive (and do local backups on
SD{at}> each machine). That will be a big help as I can image all of the
SD{at}> machines--yes, even the OS/2 machine--and put it on that drive and
SD{at}> create DVD backups when needed.
I had forgotten about that...glad I was able to help a fellow Sysop, and
a fellow ham radio operator. :)
My nightly backups are going on as I type. I normally am not up at this
hour, but want to get the computer and BBS work done before a threat of
storms and severe weather moves in tonight, lasting into early next week.
So, I likely will be offline for a bit.
I also am working on preparing a summary of the severe weather threat
for my weather page on Facebook.
Daryl
