TE seems to be a mayor problem when making a mirror. Would it be a good
idea to use a blank with10-20 mm bigger diameter then the target mirror and
then use a mask in the telescope to shadow the edge of the mirror? This
would also resolve the problem with diffraction from the mirror holding
hooks. Goran
