The seller's were eager to sell once Rezko's wife overpaid on the 
adjacent lot by $300K.  The original listing was for both properties to 
be sold together as a single tract.  Once Rezko's wife overpaid for the 
lot ($625k for an empty lot), the seller had enough profit to lower the 
price for Obama.
