What happens is you run out of memory. Just like the error says.
There's an equation for the memory math in the manuals, I believe it
was something like Number of Megs of HD Space x Number of Blocks per
MB x .4, but don't quote me. This is added to memory required for
other operations, such as any .NLM requirements, plus a minimum for
the System.
Of course, you could ask yourself why you have 32 MB in your server
when you probably think 32 MB is just right for your Win 95 desktop.
RAM is cheap, add it.
