I recently upgraded to Quicken for Win95 ver 6. I have two questions about
investment transactions.
1. I have withholdings from my weekly check towards a 401k account. The
stocks are purchased once a month through my company. The only way I could
think of to keep track of the withholdings was to create an account for
that money then when the stocks are purchased, draw the funds from that
account. Is there a better way?
2. I receive a check for dividends for a stock holding. I then deposits
this check into my checking account. How to I enter this deposit to give
credit to the stock fund for the income?
Thanks to anybody with any advise or hints.
