Yes, it has a warning on it, "Do not shine beam directly
into other eye." However, I do feel that as an *adult*
with no children in the house, and as a caring cat owner
I can be trusted to NOT damage my cat's eyes and can be
allowed to play with my cats with a Laser Mouse. And
since this is the ONLY toy in the house Jenny will fight
the Swarm to play with, it's use is essential.
I also rail against child-proof caps, child-proof Bic
lighters, warnings on styrocoffee cups that the contents
may burn one, and mountains of legislation that prevent
the terminally stupid from being responsible for their
own well being. But this extension is off-topic. *My*
cats will have this toy, and their eyes will be safe.
That's my job, keeping them safe while they live the
fullest life possible. :)
