No reply to this note is necessary.  If any of you do answer it,
please don't count on me posting a response.
I've not been posting lately because of a lack of time. Between work
at the law office and freelance assignments for a lawyer at home,
work on my canine newspaper, and countless hours of almost daily
extra driving time back and forth across Houston to visit my 83 year
old mother in a retirement home who is bedridden and only one-third
of the way through a six-week restricted activity recuperation from
her surgery and feeling "closed-in" by the four walls of her room,
something had to give and it was my BBS'ing time. But I've been
reading this echo daily, and I hope to be back participating
as a poster after the holidays.
FWIW I haven't seen anything in comp.os.geos worthy of cross-posting,
so you haven't missed anything important during my absence, and I know
that Edward is back now and assume he is monitoring the Internet
newsgroup again which alleviates somewhat my guilty feelings about my
silence until now.
Best wishes to all for a happy holiday season and hoping that none of
you have relatives coming to visit who are depicted by my tagline.
