The best place would be the Simtel site, or one of the mirrors.
I think D.J. Delorie has his own site (delorie.com or something like
that), but it's supposed to be over a slow link and he prefers you to
get it a copy from somewhere else if at all possible.
Failing that.... A recent Simtel for DOS CD would be just as well.  And
you wouldn't have to use a bunch of disks to hold the archives.
