I can reproduce this on:
hpt 1.2.1-stable/w32
hpt 1.3-current/w32
hpt 1.2.1-stable/BeOS

I'm using GoldED under Win98(SE).
I'm using MsgED under BeOS.

I doubt if the bug will be in both of them but who knows?

I don't use any netmail "tools".
