What about Aspect Technologies?  They still show the copyright on it.. If they 
were willing to give it up, or give me permission, i would be willing to 
re-write VADV to work without NetFoss and be a true Win32 bbs package without 
the need to run the bbs under dos.

Just throwing that out there...
