It's just a standard batch file.  I've never had any problems with REXX scripts.

Yeah, I've never had any problems except for that occasional odd lockup.  I
will say that I had it a lot more when I ran DOS-based BBS software than
when I ran OS/2-based BBS software though.  I guess it's just one of those
things.
