He simply ommitted the part that contained your whining about his lack of
service, see the ^ part.

Since you mention John Massey, I am relatively certain that he did serve
the US Military I have seen his photo's of him taken when he was a young
soldier in theatre in Vietnam.

You resented your service, long before you knew anyone in Fidonet, so dont
go saying you resented your serving simply because someone you disagree
with 20, 30 or so years later didnt serve or you think didnt serve.
