Are you using Qmpro's OLX?  If you are, then.....
When you're on the message that has the file attached, click
on Message.  Then click on Copy attachment.  A dialog box will pop
up ask you where you want to copy the attachment to.  The default
is c:\qmpro\olx\*.*    Copy the attachment to the path of your
choice and that's it!  Go to that directory and read away.
