systemd is only optional, prefer openrc stable here over the alternatives

2.28 is not in gentoo yet, it might still be possible it just works, but
problem compileing it and using it one cant downgrade from it, so if i have
2.28 need patches that dont break 2.28

my home slackware is running on atom x86_64 aswell
