 I have known a fellow for some 30 years, who requires a
 wheelchair and has longer than I have known him. He is also
 physically quite small. He works for a cell phone company, in a
 senior technical position.

 Which doesn't matter as far as Ross is concerned, because my
 friend has a predictable and stable condition. He knows he can
 go to work every day, and do a full days work.
