But.....from memory, I'll give you the reply he gave to your question, only
in a little words:


If one person is making $75,000 per year and is considered rich, another is
making $40,000 per year and is considered middle class, and all other wage
earners are below $40,000 and considered low level wage earners or poor, but
everyone pays 15% tax on their income......how do you figure the rich person
is paying `less' tax than the other two tax payers?


Given the buzz phrase `make the rich pay their fair share of tax'.......how
does 15% tax on $75,000 per year add up to less than 15% tax on $40,000 per
year?


Thats almost as smart on Ackley's taxing plan on dividends!
