ABSOLUTELY!  Who cares if he winds up hating you.  If he's dumb enough to
be distributing "warez" then burn him.  You must be carefull how you do

If that happens, consult a lawyer right away.  I suspect that there's not
much the police can do without proof, but I'm not 100% sure about this. (In
a case such as this, it helps to have a lawyer friend)  :)

This is harder to prove.  As I said above, be carefull how you go about it.

I have two suggestions.  Either call your local police and report it through
there, or call the SPA and tell them.  I unfortunately don't remember the
phone number for the SPA, but it shouldn't be hard to find.  (You might even
find it farther back in this echo).
