Yes, it will be tied in with their pay TV cabling and it starts in June.

Yes, I'm sure they will be price cutting to try and get business away from
Telstra.  In fact, it would probably be cheaper if you had pay TV installed
because the Optus phine lines will, I'd imagine, use the same cable.
