Thanks!  I'll enjoy trying y his one out!  Looks easy enough to do & has
ingredients I can get!

I'll pass on the Harvard Beets (had them too often as a kid & absolutely
HATED them the first, second, & eight hundredth time I had them!) :(

I got no beef with the word "diet" just the CONCEPT of FASHIONABLE
dieting (done more for vanity than for legitimate health concerns!) :|

As to the legitimate dieting, people think that all those minutes spent
at the table eating is the main contributor to overweightness, but I say
not -- it's not the minutes spent at the table,it's the SECONDS!!!

And the best exercise to get rid of that ugly stomach is PUSH-UPS (PUSH
UP from the table before you completely sate yourself!)
