I used LogMeIn for while and found it was really slow on the VPN-type
connection.  Totally impractical to move even small (avg 200Kb) files.  I
know that LMI has a similiar feature to VNC so that you can see and control
a remote computer.

Avoiding LMI, the router config can be accomplished through a simple Remote
Access session, installing/configuring the VNC app of choice remotely, and
then restarting/rebooting the router if necessary.

But it's nice to know there are several solutions available out there.
