I asked about it too, on the basis that I didn't see the 16K jumper
blocks in the images- and got back the same thing on the motherboard
serial # - which based on it's looks as well, makes me think it's a ]
[ Plus era board. There's no real solid numbers on how many Apple II's
were produced before the ][ Plus hit the scene.

I have a //e in the 3 or 400's, and a II in the 2,000's. I just don't
recall the numbers. I have a Disk ][ thats number 46.

By the advent of the //c and the thin cased //e the serial number
scheme got all convoluted with the involvement of the model # and
production date/location/voodoo involved.

I also asked about the power supply and was told that it was upgraded
due to the cards. No mention of if the original one was retained.

Basically, this nukes the value of this. The rest of the stuff inside
is icing on the cake and ironically selling all of it separately would
probably get about the same amount as the opening bid.
