No, that statement was not made by Tony Martinez.  The posting at
DUmbunder was misleading.  The source was a Texas newspaper story about
the GOP convention in Texas.  Of course, the story gave several quotes
from delegates who aren't super-thrilled that McCain is the nominee.

The story says that the man who said that is a former Ron Paul supporter
(IOW he is likely a nutcase) who now plans to vote for Bob Barr.  The
nutcase in question didn't say anything to indicate he is pointing to a
strategy he advocates, or encourages anyone else to try and exploit.

For you to try and paint this as "The GOP Strategy" is just dishonest.
Par for the course.

People like you playing up stuff like this is just playing the race card
