WP5.1 and WP5.1+ are different that way ...

For practically every mouse action there is a keyboard equivalent. But there 
are actually a few cases (in the Dutch version of WP) where there _should_ be 
a working keyboard equivalent but isn't ...
Use the Alt key to switch to te menu bar the follow the highlighted letters.
