  I have a small problem that maybe you can help me with.
  I am a fidonet hub and I have a problem with my hub. He has a USR
V.everything and I have a SupraFax 28.8. If we connect at 26.4 when he
calls me I get a Retrain instantly to a 28.8 and I get a EMSI handshake
failure. If we connect at 28.8 or if I poll him all works great. This
does not happen everytime, but it does happen enough that it gets
aggrevating.
  I have changed the S190 and S191 registers several times without much
of a difference.
  If it makes any difference I use Intermail and he uses FrontDoor.
