If you're going to follow the above pattern then you need to make a
change.  The second pair needs to be split to use pins 3 and 6, not 3
and 4.  This is what you should be using:
1-Orange
2-Orange White
3-Blue
4-Green
5-Green White
6-Blue White
7-Brown
8-Brown White
Since pins 1,2,3 & 6 carry the signals you need, the modified wiring
diagrams I show above keeps the signals on matching pairs.  Your scheme
would pull the signals from one leg of two different pairs for pins 3
and 6.

Simple reverse of pins.  3 & 6 become 1 and 2, 1 & 2 become 3 & 6.
