SB> Crime is the breaking of a law. Therefore, driving a car without a
SB> license would be a crime. It would be a crime even if I believed the
SB> law was immoral, and I felt obligated to refuse to follow it. The
SB> civil rights folks in Selma, Alabama, who refused to sit in the back of
SB> the bus any more were, in fact, committing a crime. They were right to
SB> commit the crime. The laws on the book were wrong, and needed to be
SB> changed. But it was a crime, nonetheless.
SB> Sondra
These such laws are no less than a way to tax the people for a
other wise freedom to move about . What is eather moral or immoral
about not having to buy a tag for your car or driving without a D/L
You have a Right to travle this land freely as a American citizen
do you not ? Please I must ask you not to fall back on Selma,Ala.
the Walace days are over this is 1997 and what I'm trying to show
you or anyone reading the post , is that we are all slaves of the
goverment that is no longer controled by we the people,if it ever
was. I am only 43 yrs old and I have never forced anyone to ride
in the back of a bus nor have I personally done anyother miss deeds
toward my fellow man . This is not a black, white or red issue it
envolves all of us, we are all equal slaves. So are we now criminals
if we reject the system ? Freedom is not just a word for nothing
left to loose .... unless you religate all your individual powers
to the govement .
Charles
PS!
Some say they are already building camps in the west to hold people
who see the light of reality . I can not believe you as a reasoning
person equate travel with crime .
... SAVE THE WHALES, WE'LL EAT THEM LAST !
