Yes it sure is.  A friend of mine (DC-9 Captain) had to put into
ATL a short time ago.  He had used up enroute fuel due to detour
around nests of king size CBs, and needed to take on more juice.
The folks at ATL turned the flight around in 12 mins.  Efficient.

Yep, I like to do that myself.  The customer is king.

We have around thirty petticoat pilots.  One is getting promoted to 
Captain.  The first one failed her promotion attempt.  Could follow
an ILS/VOR right on, but lacked spatial skills in the 3D environment.
She's going back to school to become an anthropologist.
