I know of one case where the pass maker did the jail time
Story:  Man makes pass at another man's "Woman", actually lays hands
upon her, she's not interested, finally her "man" stands up and polietly
suggests the other sit down... He does
Her "Man" gets up to go to the restroom
Pass maker blindsides him and knocks him down
Her Man repiles with a right cross, breaking his hand on the metal door
jamb on the other side of the pass maker's face
(Think about this from the drunk's viewpoint for a bit, say 10 days,
which is the time he spent in ICU getting his jaw wried back together)
After ICU he was arrigned on charges of sexual misconduct (He touched
the young lady in a suggestive manner) and assult on an officer of the
lay (Yep the guy he blindsided is a cop)
Some times.. There is justice
