It's very nice to use if you just want to grab a file or something via the
Web and don't want to fire up a full browser.  eLinks can handle SSL and
frames quite nicely which means you can actually use it to check your
online banking stuff or whatever.  It runs well under OS/2, Linux, and
Windows.
