Either way, duck.  No amputee *EVER* got what he wanted, no matter how
sincerely he prayed or others prayed for him.  No amputee *EVER* got his
limb restored.

Why is that, duck?  Why does god hate amputees so much that he never, ever
has answered their prayers?  Don't give me this stale bullshit about how
the answer was "no", either, because it doesn't make any sense
that god *ALWAYS* would reply "no" to amputees, but sometimes
reply "granted" to cancer victims and people suffering other
illnesses.

No, duck, they aren't.  They foolishly think they are.
  Prayer had nothing to do with it, duck.  That's the
whole point of the exercise.  If there really was a "god", and if
he really gave people what they prayed for, then it seems hard to believe
that he would hate amputees so much, all of them, that he never would give
them what they wanted.
