I't not just the GUI. Today I was simply trying to manage my firewall from
my Windows 8.1 laptop and it just wouldn't work. I damn near punched the
thing!

Worked just fine the day before I upgraded from 8.0. Tried IE & Firefox
yet neither one would function properly and the firewall is only about 6
years old.
Went back to Win7 and everything worked great.
