How many more rivers does California have than Texas?
How many, if any, of them actually have water flowing in them?

Can you go swimming in the 'man made' lake you live by?
Can your dog?
Can you even take your dog with you to that lake?
Does the Colorado River run through California?
As a Texan, I can say yes to these questions. I couldn't in CA...
