Yes it was, this time 2 years ago.

Because of his incarceration, he had lost his apartment and computer
equipment, he was released on his own recognizance but at one time had a
bench warrant issued for his arrest for failure to appear for a pretrial
hearing..

It took him this long to get back to close to where he was and have his
victim resolve his legal issues for him.

In the past 2 years he sporadically would resurface in the POL_INC echo to
tell Dan Ceppa that his legal troubles were because of his criticisms of
then President Bush. Presumably he would be logging into Docs from a public
library?
