Win 8 was the version that changed everything.... Win 10 is an attempt by
Microsoft to
recognize that Win 8 changed to many things too fast for a user base that
will take many years to transition to touch-screen systems, while
maintaining a sense that the touch-screen user interface is the direction
they want to go in the long run.

My biggest complaints with it:
-- I don't find the Start Menu particularly useful. (Then again, the
last time I was relatively happy with the Start Menu was with Windows 2000)
-- While the Settings/Control Panel is better integrated than it in
Windows 8, it still is disjointed - with 'advanced settings' for most items
jumping to the old-style Control Panel items.
