JP> Hello, Bat, it is a great day here.

BL> Check out the DOS util: Snipper.

Snipper can also send straight to the printer, but I very seldom use
that capability. I'd prolly first send it to a file, append what else I
wanted, edit the file to get it like I wanted, then use it in that form,
or print it then, if I wanted it on paper. If you are not familiar with
it, and work at the DOS level frequently, I recommend you check it out,
it's =that= handy. I too have an editor - Boxer - that has the ability
to copy/cut and paste, but Snipper is the first tool I use as I can use
it without needing the editor. Like while I am writing this, I can just
shell to DOS, display ANY text from ANY pgm, activate snipper and mark
the text and capture it in Snipper's cache, return to the editor and
paste it in where the cursor is. Snipper will work with ANY pgm that
will display text on the screen, at any time, so long as it is resident.
And since mine gets loaded as soon as the AEBat file loads it, it is
always there, just a hotkey away.

JP> A great day to you.

Thanks, the same to you. Good Modeming! /\oo/\

Later...

Just one example: When I saved the above and was returned to BW with
your msg to which I just replied, I activated Snipper and marked/copied
this to the cache, and then put my reply to you back in my editor for
this example and pasted in the following:

Just to give you but one example. BTW, the -------- lines
are not part of Snipper, but from one of my Boxer macros. /\oo/\
