I'm in the rochester area. Theres a bunch of troops around us. But what makes 
the one I'm in special are the goods one, not the bad ones. Most of the kids 
that do that wait till theyre out of scouting. Our troop is new, 4 years. JM>

What do you mean by that? This isn't scout leader conference.
