Most likely the encryption program that was used was UUENCODE and you will
need UUDECODE to break it out. You then save the remaining text file and run
it as a program.  It s NOT a part of any MSI product that I know of.
Check BBS for the KEYWORD of either UUENCODE or UUDECODE.  If you use SHEZ,
that will handle that file if it is compressed as well as encrypted.
