Since I don't usually make more than one call at a time, I have always
turned off the phone when ending a call. But I do make sure I hear the
tone when I press the "end" button first. Never heard about the
possibility of the phone not disconnecting. Sounds more to me like a
way for the phone company to get more $.
Did they suggest how to make sure the phone turns off?
