   Hey! Note from Me :)
   GCC project is at progress now. Versions 3.0.X, 3.1.X have any mistakes
and doesn't compile the *real*huge* projects. Because of _bugs_at_compiler_
:-(
   Nevertheless, today I'm *successful* build smapi and fidoconf with

=== Cut ===
gcc.real (GCC) 3.2.2 20030131 (Debian prerelease)
Copyright (C) 2002 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
=== Cut ===

   My system - Debian GNU/Linux "sid" (current/unstable).
Maintaniners of Debian project is justify conservative - therefore
including GCC 3.2.2 as _default_ system compiler is a right thing!
   Drop GCC<=3.2 from your system! :-)

   Good night!   /_Pavel_/
