I requested the file listing to see what was offered.  While there are a 
number of Health related files, as well as the standard array of DOS 
utilities, I would say that this boards ultimate value is one of offering the 
wide range of related echomail conferences to callers in the Houston area.
There are few, if any, files of interest to conference participants that 
would merit a long distance call.  I found it interesting that Health Center 
is a government operated BBS.
