      Yield: 4 servings
 
      2 sm Pita bread
    1/2 c  Healthy choice marinara
           Sauce
    1/4 c  Green pepper
    1/4 c  Mushrooms
    1/4 c  Onions
    1/4 c  Celery
      2 sl Low fat mozzerella cheese
 
  Place pita bread on cookie sheets and top with sauce.  Sprinkle
  remaining ingredients on the sauce and top with cheese.  Broil
  until brown.
