In D'Bridge, there is a function allows the user to purge the message bases
by message number or the number of days. I use days, so everything that is
older than three days is deleted or archived, depending on the settings for
any number of echoes. The archived messages are stored in a text file with
the name you give it during message base setup. I archive or store, if you
prefer, all eight message echoes I moderate and a few I don't, depending on
my interest in them and the time I allot to reading them. The purge may be
run automatically or manually.

Roger
