If your search involves an Army Father, and you have his Service number,
but not his SSN..You can find his last known address and the date by
doing the following;
        Send a fax to: Ralph McCann
                        Chief of Army Ref. Branch
                        (314) 538-4034
                The fax MUST (!) contain the following;
                        "Request last known address, City and Date, of
(name and service number)."    and the phrase;
                        "This reqest is submitted under the Freedom Of
Information Act."
        You must write the date submitted and sign it in INK!!!!
