This is bullshit. This is something citizens ought to raise hell about loudly.


The federal government ponies up 50 million bucks for a political event that
will only last several days.......and the same people (probably democrats) who
more than likely authorized such an outlay, are the same ones who whine all
the time about how there's no health care for low-income families, how
education needs more money (make that read some teachers union thinks its time
for another raise all around), etc etc.


When the hell did the government get the notion to use taxpayers money to
shore up some political show for politicians (of either party)!
