I curse at BW these days. Or cursor ? BI> he probably meant "cursor", or "console". Excuse me, but I meant what I said: "curses". It's a library for screen and keyboard handling on terminals -- standard on Unix-like systems; basically, in Unix, most programs that aren't for X (GUI) or plain tty (simple text with no color or cursor control) are curses apps. MultiMail originated on Linux, and it still uses curses on the other platforms it's ported to. I believe that the name "curses" does ultimately derive from "cursor", though. And if you want to call it a "console" app, that's true enough. ... \|/ ... \|/ ... \|/ ... Looks like time to mow the tagline. --- MultiMail/Linux v0.44* Origin: COMM Port OS/2 juge.com 204.89.247.1 (281) 980-9671 (1:106/2000) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 106/2000 633/267 |
