subject: Existence exists

TH> If there was ever a point in which nothing at all existed (no
TH> universe, no God, no forces or laws to bring any universe/continuum
TH> into existence), then would anything ever exist?
As a matter of logic, all events need a cause. So, something
has always existed.
Further, as the universe appears to be "running down" there
must have been a beginning to the universe. So, the universe
has not always existed.
So, something must have existed before the universe and that
something must have been sufficient to account for the universe.
On the other hand, there are those monkeys so hell-bound that
they'll blatently toss logic out of the window (usually at the point
they use the word "quantum"). Strangely, while they don't
think logic applies, they don't see a problem in reaching what
they think are logical conclusions based on their belief in
illogic.
... Diversity, just another excuse to discriminate.
