The Portal Information Network is a commercial on-line Internet service,
much like Compuserve or America Online.  Individuals subscribe to it
for their own use and it cannot be made available on a group basis to
BBS users.  You can certainly join on your own for your own use though, John!
In Portal there are many special interest groups, and the Portal Disney
FANtasEARS is one of these groups.  I moderate that area and we have
lots of files as well as message & chat areas there.  You can check out
