I don't know that this is the case with Wayne, but repeated use of meth and
crack can cause temporary schizophrenia. Long term use causes permanent
schizophrenia. All too often schizophrenics fall through the cracks in our
mental health communities. At least until they become a danger to others.
(no one really seems to care if they're a danger to themselves). It's a sad
situation and one without an "easy fix". Greater minds than ours
will need to puzzle it out, :(
