Funny but I tried to tell her that and she just jumped down my throat. I even 
offered to make the information available via file request and/or download 
from my system and she has yet to take me up on my offer.  It would seem that 
she is one of those who can't accept constructive advice from those of us who 
have had the misfortune to have traveled down the road ourselves before.  Sad 
case.
